COCONUT SALAD
 Drain the pineapples.  Peel the oranges and cut them in quarters.  Cut the avocados in two, pit them, sprinkle with lemon juice and using a melon-baller, make small balls.  Peel the bananas and the kiwis and slice them.  Place all the fruit in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and wine.  Macerate for at least  2 hours in the refrigerator.   Before serving, sprinkle with coconut.

4 oranges
2 avocados
2 bananas
2 kiwis
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup white wine
juice 2 lemons
5 tbsp grated coconut

Tip
